Markus O Schneider has joined The Claridges, New Delhi as General Manager. He comes with a sound knowledge of hotel operations with over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
In his current position, Markus is responsible for the efficient and profitable running of hotel operations, product enhancement, revenue generation and overall hotel management.
Prior to joining The Claridges, New Delhi Markus worked as the General Manager of The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh, Red Sea, Egypt. During his long career, Markus has also worked with the Mandarin Hotels and the Hyatt Group.

Rajiv Ranjan has been appointed as the General Manager of the upcoming Orchid property in Pune. As the General Manager of The Orchid, Pune, Rajiv would be responsible for positioning the property in the same light as the successful The Orchid, Mumbai.
Graduated from IHM, Lucknow in 1999, Rajiv Ranjan has more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He had earlier worked with Jaypee Palace Hotels, Agra, The Regent, Mumbai, The Taj Lands End, Mumbai, Lavasa Corporation, and St Laurn Hotels in Pune.

Kaushik Vardharajan has taken over as the MD of HVS Consulting & Valuation Services. Kaushik has been with HVS for over 10 years, first with the New York office and for the past two years with the India office heading the operations. Since joining HVS, Kaushik has worked on over 1,000 assignments across the world and has used his international perspective and experience to better advise the clients in India. Kaushik is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is also part of the Valuation Working Committee of RICS, which is responsible for establishing professional standards for property valuations in India.
Natwar Nagar has taken over as the MD of HVS Executive Search. He happens to be the founding principal of this business when it was set up nearly 10 years ago. Natwar has very successfully established the search practice of HVS India which is well recognised in the country.
Siddharth Thaker has been promoted as the MD of HVS Asset Management & Operational Advisory Services. Siddharth joined HVS 7 years ago as a young consultant who challenged many processes by looking for newer and better ways of accomplishing tasks.
